Oysters & Clams, the Farm and the Hatchery
You can find our oysters in Olympia, WA at Olympia Oyster House and Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar and occasionally at our Highway 101 roadside stand.
You can find our clams at the Lilliwaup Store, Hood Canal Market Fresh or Bayview Thriftway.

Oysters & Clams

We grow Pacific Oysters using tumbled bag culture methods and direct to beach culture. We have all sizes available but specialize in a 2-3" size perfect for slurping raw.

Manila Clams are grown on our tidelands as well and available year round.

The Farm

We raise Pacific Oysters and Manila clams on a 9 acre tideflat on the shores of the deep watered Hood Canal in Lilliwaup, WA. Jorstad Creek flows into our saltwater bay with Olympic Mountain derived nutrients and the water profile creates our crisp, clean briny Hood Canal oysters.

The Hatchery

At our small shellfish hatchery in North Hood Canal we spawn adult shellfish and raise their larvae into juvenile oysters and clams that we use to seed our beach.
